Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Please read this carefully. It explains what AKQX QuantumTrade is not, and the risks of trading, before you use the platform or risk any money.

Effective: 14 October 2026Last updated: 14 October 2026Version 1.4

1. Not SEBI-registered, no advice

Please read

AKQX QuantumTrade is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst. We are a software platform. We do not give buy, sell or hold recommendations, price targets, tips, investment advice or research reports, and nothing on the platform, our website, our messages or our social media is any of those.

All information, charts, indicators, analytics, alerts, scores, rankings, strategy templates, explanatory text and examples are for information and education only. You make every trading decision yourself and you bear its result. AKQX QuantumTrade is operated by Akash Paikra, operating as AKQX QuantumTrade; no company has yet been incorporated.

2. You can lose money

Trading in equities, futures and options (F&O), forex and crypto assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and with leverage you can lose more than you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and never with borrowed money you cannot repay or money you need for essentials.

The risk applies equally whether you trade manually or through automation. Using software does not reduce market risk.

3. Equities, F&O and leverage

  • SEBI's own studies of individual traders in equity derivatives (F&O) have found that a large majority lose money. Most retail F&O traders do not make profits over time.
  • Derivatives and leveraged products magnify both gains and losses. Margin calls, forced liquidation and gaps in price can cause fast, large losses.
  • Markets can gap, halt, hit circuit limits, or become illiquid so your order may not execute at, or near, the price you expect.
  • Trading Indian securities through broker APIs is subject to SEBI's algorithmic-trading framework as applied by exchanges and your broker. Your broker may require approvals, fixed IPs or order tagging, and may block API orders. We do not promise any integration is approved or will keep working.

4. Crypto and virtual digital assets

Crypto risk warning

Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.

  • Crypto assets (virtual digital assets) are not legal tender in India and are not regulated as securities. There is no investor-protection or compensation scheme if you lose money, if an exchange fails, or if you are scammed.
  • Prices are extremely volatile and can fall to zero. Crypto futures with leverage can liquidate your whole position within minutes.
  • Indian law currently taxes gains from transfer of virtual digital assets at a flat rate with limits on setting off losses, and may require tax to be deducted at source. These rules can change. This is general information only and not tax advice (see below).
  • Exchanges serving Indian users have their own registration and KYC duties. Registration of an exchange with an authority is not a guarantee of safety or returns.
  • AKQX does not hold, buy, sell, exchange or transfer crypto for you and never has custody of your assets. Orders are placed in your own exchange account.

5. Past performance and backtests

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtest and paper-trading results are hypothetical and simulated. They are made with hindsight, use assumed costs and fills, and may not reflect slippage, latency, liquidity, spreads, funding, taxes or your own behaviour. A strategy can be over-fitted to history and lose money in real trading. Sample screens, example numbers and demo data shown on our website and app are illustrations only.

6. No assured returns

We do not promise, guarantee or imply any profit, return, win rate or protection from loss. If anyone claims to guarantee returns from using AKQX, including anyone using our name, do not believe them and report it to us. Words such as “verified”, “ranked” or “best” describe how an algorithm scored on specific data. They are not recommendations and not a promise.

7. Automated trading risks

Automated execution can act faster than you can react and can repeat a mistake many times. Risks include delays between signal and order, internet or server outages, broker or exchange API failures and rate limits, rejected or partial orders, slippage, data errors, software bugs, wrong settings, and strategies that stop working when markets change. Safety features such as leverage caps, stop distances, circuit breakers and alerts reduce some risks but do not remove them and can fail. Watch your deployments and keep the ability to close positions directly with your broker.

8. Strategies you build are your own

On AKQX you build, test and deploy your own strategies and algorithms. We provide the tools and example templates; we do not tell you what to trade, and we do not sell or recommend strategies. Because the rules, capital and risk limits are yours, the results, good or bad, are yours too. Templates and example strategies are for learning only. Test with backtesting and paper trading first, start with small amounts, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Order-flow and analytics

Footprint charts, cumulative delta, CVD, liquidity maps, and detections of large or hidden orders are statistical inferences from public market data. They describe what may have happened, not what will happen, and may be wrong or late. They are not predictions, signals to trade, or evidence of any trader's intent.

10. Data and third parties

Market data comes from third-party exchanges, brokers and data vendors and may be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong, and different sources can disagree. We make no promise that data is accurate, complete or timely. Brokers, exchanges and other services we connect to are independent; we do not control, endorse or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages, charges or regulatory status.

Your data options. You can use data that AKQX provides (free; provider approvals are pending and coming soon, and availability may be limited or change without notice) or work with your own data, live or historical. Data you bring is your responsibility: its accuracy, your right to use it and each provider's terms. Either way, it is for your own use and may not be copied, redistributed or resold.

11. Educational and community content

We publish educational and community content, including on social media such as the Instagram account @ak_trading_psychology, and in videos, posts, messages and the app. That content is general education about trading psychology, markets and tools. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, not personalised to you, and not a promise of results. Any trade or chart shown is an example of a concept, not a trade call. Views expressed are the author's and may be wrong. Do not copy a trade you see. Comments or messages from other people are not ours and may be inaccurate or fraudulent.

12. AI assistant, and no AI trading

AKQX is not an “AI trading” service and does not use artificial intelligence to choose, time or place your trades. Trades happen only through rules that you create and switch on. Where an AI-assisted Strategy Builder is offered, its output is only a draft: it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, it is not personalised advice or a recommendation, and you must review and backtest it yourself. Any other explanation or help text produced with AI tools is informational only.

13. Tax and legal

We give no tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for your own taxes and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including on trading income, derivatives, virtual digital assets, and tax deducted at source. Profit-and-loss shown on the platform is an estimate and not a tax statement; rely on your broker's and exchange's statements and speak to a qualified tax professional.

14. Consult a registered adviser

Before you trade, consider speaking to a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser who can consider your own situation. You can check whether a person is registered on the SEBI website (sebi.gov.in) under its list of registered intermediaries. Be careful of anyone offering tips, guaranteed returns or “signals” who is not registered. If you have a complaint about a SEBI-regulated broker, you can use SEBI's SCORES system.

15. Your responsibility

By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18, that you understand the risks above, that you trade with your own money and at your own risk, and that you will not hold AKQX responsible for your trading decisions or losses to the extent the law allows. This Disclaimer is part of our Terms & Conditions. Questions: founder@akqxquantum.tech.
